Payment didn't push through

Hi, can u help me why is my payment or sending money didn't push thru I a newbie here but I already tried the app last night to send money and it was successfully transferred but now I started to do the online sending this morning until now but always says that please try again, I used my debit card and credit card as well, but same error encountered. Please help me on this.thank you very much.

Have you confirmed the cards after adding them with the 4 digit code.

Is the billing address of the card the same as the address on your paypal account?

Are they cards issued in your country with available funds on them?
