Payment declined

I am unable to send money with my credit card. Please help. The credit card is active and has sufficient available balance. I am using this card for payment to my freelancers on a monthly basis. I used it in the first week of November without any issue. When I tried during the second week and thereafter, it is declined every time. error message says it has been denied by the card issuer. I contacted the bank, and they said the card is good to go. Please assist..
