Payment declined

This is what I get each time I try to send money "Sorry, we weren't able to complete your payment at this time. Please try again later." How can I resolve this? Please hellp

As you have given 0 information on what funding source you are using / back up funding sources / paypal balance or any confirmations of cards or bank accounts then sadly can't advise.
