I have just recently set up with paypal. I have linked my bank with paypal that way I can make payments online, and there is a mobile game I have made previous purchases on that I am attempting to make another one. Whenever I finish paying for something and the payment is loading it cancels it and gives me an error message saying "your payment could not be completed due to an issue with your paypal account.". I have confirmed my email and still nothing. What should I do to fix this?
