Payment Reciveing Issue Adfly

Hi,
i have a problem with Receiving payment via paypal. Today Adfly Confirmed that, they sent me My Payment.(i'll attach all the Screenshots)
And Paypal also sent me a mail about the payment i received But in my Paypal Account Section, there are ZERO money. I need my money back.

Same problem occurred to me but by the time my email was verified deadline was already passed. Now the adfly shows that they have already paod my 5.01usd but paypal does not show any transactions at all. Please help. How can i get my payment back?
