hello I recently sent money to a friend. He received the money in his PayPal account but cannot retrieve the money. Every time he does try to retrieve the money they say that the money has been held for 21 days. When I sent the money I received a message giving the option to track my parcel, but the money I sent was not me buying an item, it was a gift money from me to him. He desperately needs this money, how can he do to retrieve his money? Many thanks
Would help if you said which country you are in and if your friend used the friends/family option to send the funds IF available in your country OR goods/services?
