Hey, yesterday I asked a quiz but as of yet I dont have a favourable answer. What could be wrong when someone tries to send me money and she receives an error claiming that I only receive money from my website. Keep in mind am in Kenya, she is in Germany, and the paypal account is new
If you have a personal account, you can't access the settings that may help you fix this. You'll need to upgrade to a business account if you haven't. If you do have a business account, go to Account settings > My Selling Tools > Block Payments and adjust the settings there.
