So, I got scammed but I cancelled the first and I know it'll take a few days to get my refund ok. But the other one the money is pending. And I can't cancel it. Even though the guy blocked me and it's stay pending because the tracking code was fake. How can I cancel this?? Or do I have to wait the 30 days of pending before it cancels automatically.
