Payment Missing

Hello Guys 

I sent a payment to my paypal from another platform. I forgot that I had changed my primary email to another one and sent to the one I normally used. Now I had deleted that one from Paypal but the money went to that email which is no longer on my paypal profile. I tried adding it back and confirming it but it did not reflect when I just checked. How can I solve this?

Welcome to the community forum and thanks for posting.

 

I understand your concern about receiving payment. If you have removed or deleted the email address from the PayPal account, the payment should be in pending/unclaimed status. An unclaimed payment is a payment that hasn’t been accepted or denied in the recipient's account (your account). These kinds of payments are automatically reversed after 30 days to the original payment.
