I received Email for pending payment from Rev.Inc. The Mail asked me to send additional information at the resolution centre, when I went there there was no such option. The customer service is unresponsive and I have no idea what to do.

Welcome to the community and thank you for your post.
It sounds like you may have hit your receiving limit. When you hit your limit, a limitation is automatically placed on your account to confirm your identity.
If you cannot see any steps in your 'Resolution Center', I would suggest you clear your cache and cookies, and try an alternative device.
What to do
1. Go to Resolution Centre.
2. Click Go to Account Limitations.
3. Next to each step required to remove the limitation, click Resolve and follow the steps to provide that information.
