Payment Error, Money taken from Debit Card, But not showing in paypal.

Hi,

Made a purchase via Steam, When checking out paypal window loaded like normal. When i was taken back to steam page it advised a payment error occured and could not complete transaction. 

I received a notification that the money had been taken from my Debit Card at the same time. 

I did the transaction again thinking the funds would of been sitting in my paypal wallet.

Transaction completed on the second attempt but got another notification that money had been withdrawn from my Debit Card.

Upon looking at paypal, it is only showing one transaction. No funds in account for failed transaction...

Will Paypal resolve this automatically. Or have i just lost $25?

Generally, when a payment attempt fails, the funds will often be captured and in a pending state. Pending transactions will generally be voided within 7 business days but can take up to 30 days to be credited back to your account. If your funds have not been credited back to your account after 30 days, I suggest contacting our Customer Support by clicking 'Contact' at the bottom of any PayPal website page to view available options.
