When I try and purchase a phone on eBay it won’t go through, instead it says PayPal isn’t an option, so I’ll use my actual debit card and it will say,”purchase compelete.” But then I will receive an email saying My paypal payment can’t go through even though I put in my actual debit instead of PayPal the second time. What can I do to stop it from doing that, or atleast get my payment to go through?
