PayPal Funding Source/Payment Error

 I have already link my bank account and I don't have any credit card, and so when I want to pay for something, it won't allow me to pay via bank account and I'm only able to choose card as my only funding source.... Why I can't pay via bank account? And is there any other way to pay without using card?

Have you confirmed your bank account with the code sent to your bank account statement when you added that bank account?
