I have been on customer service hold for 15hrs and 54mins so far.
"Mike" the supervisor transferred me to his manager last night and he/she has not yet answered the call.
Is there a better way to get intouch with someone helpful at PayPal?
They have a "pending" payment that was to clear on Nov. 4th, but when i called they said it wouldn't clear until Nov. 10th?
The sending or receiver (me) are unable to cancel the transaction and PayPal is unwilling to cancel my account.
Any suggestions?
Shall I continue to hold on the phone?

Until PayPal figures out that GREED is not a positive strategy for success, you will continue to volunteer for less and less customers.
Customer pay for PayPal's business and sign their paychecks.
When customer see the true greed, they will continue leave this once appreciated business.
When the customers are gone, so is the money and then so is the jobs of the people and families that work for PayPal.
Then who will you volunteer for then?
