I ordered a pair off shoes via pay in 3, on the 26th. I cancelled instantly as they were the wrong ones. They've stated they've refunded me on the 28th to my pay in 3. But I havent received a refund in my bank?. Also the pending payment that it did take out at first still hasnt gone out.
