I have paid for some services using paypal over the last couple days, money confirmed taken out of my account and they don't register with the vendors although money is seen as taken out of my account from my bank as well as paypal registering paying.
Bit worried as I have never had this issue before.

If you have not received the service that you bought and you paid with the option 'Goods and Services', you can file a dispute in your Resolution Centre. The dispute is an initial phase where the buyer and the seller try to find a friendly solution within 20 days. If you cannot find an agreement, you can escalate the dispute to a claim after 7 days from the date of the payment.
