I tried to transfer money to my account, my bank rejected it because it is a term deposit account and now Paypal won't give me my money back.
Has anybody been through the arbitration process in Singapore as that is the next step for me?
Every time I email the help center it is someone new and they pretend not to know what is going on instead the just talk about the last transaction that I made.
