PAYMENT: PENDING

I just sent someone money, after the transaction it reflects "PENDING" on both my transaction history and my friend's. How do we resolve this?

Sounds as if you sent a friends / family payment?

If so then it has probably gone as an echeque, if so then you should see an approx clearance date on both your accounts.

Reasons for a payment being sent as an echeque are...
1. Card needs updating.
2. Recent neg balance.
3. Recent failed bank transfer.
4. High cost payment.
5. High risk transaction.
6. Some friends / family payments.
