Payment is Pending

I am new to PayPal but I've added a bank account and verified it as well.

I have received a payment but it isn't being added to my account. I got this email.

But in the Resolution Centre, there is no missing information. 

Can someone help?

As you have not added your country to your profile (so we can see when we hover over your username) or said in your post which country you are in then sadly can't advise.
Paypal varies a great deal country to country so you need to tell us where you are on this worldwide community forum.

If your PayPal account is registered in India, there are a few steps you'd need to complete to start receiving payments.
