I have a balance in my Paypal Wallet. I would like to order online and I want to payment with my Paypal Balance. But I added just my personal bank account in my Paypal wallet. I didn't see Paypal balance for adding to my Paypal Wllet. In my opinion it is possible. But I did't succes that.
