Not receiving my Refund

Hi, I tried to buy dropbox space but payment was declined. However the money was cut from my card. I got a notifiaction from paypal saying if your money is void you will receive it back in few days. It's been a month. This is the 3rd time I used paypal when payment is decline I don't really get my moneny back. Here is my transaction ID: 58551250955

If you funded the original Paypal payment to the seller from your a card then once marked refunded/completed it will automatically go back to that bank account or card.
Paypal say allow 30 days for a card (1 billing cycle) but its rarely that long.
(Can vary according to country though).
