No shop or in store icon in app

Can we still pay at dollar general with pay pal?? I have no shop icon. No in store. Couldn’t get the gas card I was gifting to my nephew. 😩

From reading that, should I assume that it’s just basically not available and if they haven’t added it (back) by this point, they likely won’t? I was specifically looking for the old ‘shop smart.’ 😢. Thanks for your help on this!
