So I sold an item on eBay and I can’t fimd the payment anywhere so obviously don’t want to send the item. I’ve checked the email address I have when I listed the item and it’s completely correct. The buyer has shown me the payment is unclaimed. What do I do?
The email address may be correct on your Ebay account but did you make a spelling error on your auction? Can you do this first? >>> Go to ebay and click on 'sell' put in anything (as you aren't going to actually list anything) until you get to the main page > scroll down near the bottom and where it says payment methods check the email address that is on that page, is there a spelling mistake or old one?
