No cases in Resolution Center

Hi All! 

I'm facing an issue with my PayPal Account. I received an amount and unable to transfer it to my PayPal Account from the Email. It says, go to the Resolution Center and give us information. However, when I visit the resolution center via the PayPal website, I'm unable to find any open or closed cases. How do I go about resolving this?
