Hi,
I am very very lost please help me
I had a paypal account and i transferred basic £10 and received c£4 too and all was fine.
But then i am trying to send a bigger amount of £400 and this just wont allow me to do so.
My debit card and credit card are all verified and i don't see what the problem is
It happened before and customer service made me delete the full account and rest it and this is happening again.
Please can you advise what the issue is.
