OK so I sold a phone on eBay, the buyer is not happy ten days after buying and requested a refund through eBay who have automatically agreed it and taken the funds from my PayPal which is now -£387 balance. I don't currently have the funds to cover this so my question is, will PayPal attempt to take the funds from my bank? I'm currently on furlough and really can't afford to cover this until I sell the phone again.
