Can I make payment with my PayPal Account without adding my bank cards? I've money in my account my giving someone physical money to send me money in my PayPal Account.
TBH, it's difficult to say, sometimes it lets you and sometimes it asks for a card to be added to proceed but it maybe asking for a card as a back up, not that the payment will necessarily go on the card as long as you pick the balance as the preferred funding source.
