I am currently living in Germany and my PayPal account is connected to my bank account. And I want the use the mobile app(Paypal) for an 800 euro payment? Is this is possible or I have to verify anything?
It's possible. Can't tell you for sure if you need to verify anything though. The system itself will tell you if there is a problem with your payment or something you need to do.
