Hi,I was paying for an item on Ebay and received this message, (This order was not successful. Order cost has not been included in the total amount.The seller hasn't received payment for this order yet), unfortunately my account was charged and I can not find the transaction on paypal's activity section. Kindly advise how can I get refund for my money
