I made an order on Fnac on 30/11 and i paid with my paypal.
On 12/12 i received an email from Fnac , telling me that they can't proceed with they payment from paypal so yesterday i canceled my order.
Right now, the offer is not showing up on my recent activities on Paypal.
The money that i paid is not showing up on my balance neither on my bank account.
I said a message on paypal but they didn't answer me yet.
I still have the pdf with the transaction details from the payment.
All that time the payment was on pending status. After i told them to canceled it i saw that it turned to canceled.
I just really need my money back because it was a big amount of money.
