My friend sent me 200 but I cant receive it cus my PayPal is not verified?

My friend sent me 200 but I cant receive it cus my PayPal is not verified? I have added my bank and debit card but somehow the 200 that my friend has sent me has still not popped up in my bank acct. How can I fix this problem?
