Hello people.I'm new here I just got my debit card,paid some money to my bank account and tried so many times to link my card and I didn't made it.There is two troubleshots,sometimes it's written "right niw,we are not able to complete this transaction" and second one "Your card has been declined.Please try a different payment method". I contacted my bank and there is no issues they said.Also I contacted PayPal, they told me to find out with them who gave me a card.Both sides can not solve my problem.If there is any of you knowing more and can advice me, I would be thankful a lot.
