My Paypal Account can't receive Payments

Dear House,

Kindly help me with what need to be done. My Paypal account cannot receive payments from merchants. They ask for Paypal account and I send to them my verified account with Paypal but yet they can't send me money. This happens most times when a seller wants to refund me - full or partial and some of them are good so I don't need to initiate dispute.

The option to 'receive' paypal payments is sadly not available in your country.
You can only 'send' payments for purchases.

However your merchants should be able to refund you if they use the 'refund' option and not the 'send money' option.
