Hello, has anybody had a successful return/refund from My Calm Blanket? The blanket was not what I expected and the weight fell all to one side. They keep providing me with instructions to fix it, but I am not inclined to fix a new product, especially a blanket that I paid more thank $130 for. Ridiculous. I've requested a return form, and agreed to pay shipping and the re-stocking fee, no less than 12 times and they keep giving me the run-around. It's been almost 30 days, yet you have to return the blanket within 30 days for a full refund. I feel like they're just trying to let the time run out. I'm super frustrated. If anybody has any other solutions, let me know! And...I already filed a complaint with the resolution center - Paypal still hasn't heard back from this company.
