Hi there, Firstly, I had sent two small small payments to my husband’s PayPal account, both showing as completed, however his balance does not show that the money has been received. It’s as though the payments have disappeared into cyber space. Secondly, I had withdrawn a small amount of money from PayPal account to my bank account which is normally instantaneous; the payment is sitting as ‘Pending’ for security reasons. I don’t understand why everything is being held up today and wondered if anyone has had similar issues or could advise. Thank you, Vicki
