I sent purchased clothes to a Facebook friend. She used Facebook pay that is set up to go into my Paypal account. They money was sent on November 20, and it says that it has cleared her account, she showed me a screen shot of it. My activity shows the +$200 she sent, however my paypal balance is zero. This extremely frustrating because technically right now neither of us have the money. Can I get some advice please. Thank you!!
