Wrong Payment Method

I set up my preferred payment method and did Paypal use that account which was well funded, no, they used one of my other accounts which took out the last of the money in that account.   I'm super peeved by this and when I try to call Customer Service about this, the wait time is between 4 and 6 HOURS.  What kind of company has so few customer service people that the wait times are that long.
