I got a refund from an item I ordered from Grailed. He sent it back to the card that is connected to my PayPal. The problem is that card was a cash card so it could not receive the online refund. So now neither of us have the money. what should I do???
If the transfer is declined for any reason then it should bounce back to your paypal balance, allow 14 days and if no show then contact customer services for a trace.
