Money not received.

Someone sent me money through PayPal. She provided me ref : 1574510027 I didn't get any mail or notification of receiving the money. Also my PayPal is not credited and no transaction in activity. Please let me know how to check?

Yes I have done, and it shows a pop-up saying PayPal will get back to you in 2..3 days
