Money in wallet

I have money in my wallet, but it won't show as an option to pay a vendor.

@Jennifer88 Have you verified your paypal account by adding a back up card? Are the funds cleared and not pending? Are the funds in the correct currency?

I just logged in to discover the money came out of my wallet and not my credit card. Not sure why it wasn't listed as a choice, but in the end I got what I wanted. Thanks for your reply.
