Money has been taken from my bank but still pending on Paypal.

So the last thing I bought went through as an echeque for some reason which has never happened before, the money stayed in my bank for 2 days and the payment stayed as pending on Paypal, today the money has cleared from my bank but its still pending on here. Why is this?

The Pending status is twofold. One for eCheck processing and the other is for awaiting seller to capture the payment, to make it listed as "Complete".
