Money from customer is pending they said but I can't see anything on my end

My customer attempted to send me money and I never received it or any emails that it was in-process etc. but she showed me the screen and it shows she submitted it but it is pending. I have never seen this happen, usually I at least see a notification that I have money coming. She sent this 4 days ago. What should I do on my end or what should I tell her to do? It looked like she paid in a way that charged her a fee rather than myself which usually doesn't happen either. I am curious if she did something wrong or if it is just under review.

Sounds as if she sent it using the friends / family option BUT you need to double check the email address that she used to make sure there wasn't a spelling mistake and the money has gone elsewhere.
Advice is voluntary.
