Money Sent To Wrong Person/Need Refund

The number I was given to sent money to somehow belongs to someone else! I wasn’t able to cancel the transaction, I filed a dispute they denied, sent a request to the person for the money with daily reminders and no response! How can I get my money refunded to me!!!

If you sent it using the friends / family option then you can only get it back by requesting the receiver returns it, but you can't force them to do so.

If you sent it using goods/services then open a dispute for item not received and as they have nothing to send you then you may get your money back.

Failing that if you funded your paypal payment via a credit card then contact your card issuer and see if they will help you.
