Money Issue

Basically, I sent 30$ for shipping and as soon as i did it, it logged him out of his account. I don’t have access to the money and neither does he. I payed another way but I was wondering if there was any way to get this money returned to me.

That would depend on what it says next to the transaction for shipping in your paypal account?
