so I sent a guy 140.01 on the 9th and its clear on my end and posted in my bank but the transaction don't exist in his account and yes I have the correct account and yes I know he's telling the truth, any idea why his account won't show the transaction or make the money appear when his account isn't limited or restricted? He also got an email saying the money was received but he can't see it or access it on paypal.
