A payment that was supposed to be sent to my account is pending... according to the buyer. She sent me the transaction #. And a photo of the transaction. I also got an email from PayPal saying there was money sent But I can’t see the transaction Or find anything that is pending. I called PayPal and they can’t see anything either. Can someone explain what’s going on?
