Missing ebay payment

Hi 

I hope someone can help me. 

Last night i sold a few items on ebay. All payments came into my paypal account apart from one. Ebay is stating item paid and can be dispatched. But the money is not in my paypal account. I have contacted the buyer who has sent me an image showing that they have paid by visa. I have checked my email acount - it seems correct.  Other payments have been received. I have checked further into Ebay payment options and it states transaction "processing." I am not sure what to do. How can you actually speak to someone at Paypal? 

 I have had a paypal account for years. No payment is showing as on hold or pending.

Go to ebay and click on 'sell' put in anything (as you aren't going to actually list anything) until you get to the main page > scroll down near the bottom and where it says payment methods check the email address that is on that page, is there a spelling mistake or old one?
