Hello,
I want to purchase goods from an online shop I've never purchased before. What I find to be strange is that they want 'Paypal manual payment'. They will issue an invoice and I have to pay by Paypal manually. So I wonder do I have any Paypal protection for the payment in this case. If the goods don't arrive or if there is any other problem will I be able to rise a claim/dispute and will I be able to get a refund?
Maybe the online shop is OK, however I think that the point to use Paypal in this case is be to have customer protection.
Thanks.
