Making payment with Paypal

Used ebay to purchase 3 items yesterday.  2 went through with paypal but the third did not.  Seems that ebay would not accept paypal for paying.  Never happened before.  Tried changing card and using another card (and retyping in all card details) but no success.  Tried this morning to do the same for 1 purchase from ebay and stuck in a loop again.  Tried another firm via google (not ebay)  and placed an order and transaction via paypal payment went through automatically.  Any suggestions.

I apologize for the inconvenience. 

It could be for the 3rd item you purchase through ebay the seller do not accept paypal payment, that's why it did not go through. 

If you were able to contact the seller and ask for the other payment option.
