I made a payment on eBay using some money in my PayPal balance, and the rest was to come off of my card. The overall price was around £10.50 using about £4.50 of my PayPal balance. After making the purchase, the balance has been deducted from my PayPal however my banking app shows that PayPal took the full £10.50 on the card as well. So where's my PayPal balance gotten to? The payment has been fully processed on the card now so I'm down more than I should be right? This is really confusing.
